A small, intentional mastermind for coaches and speakers who are done collecting one-off connections that fade — and ready for the kind of relationships that turn into collaborations, referrals, and real friendships.

Here's the whole idea, simply:

A small group of coaches and speakers meets once a week for several weeks. Each week, one of us has the opportunity to share everything — the story, the business, the offers, the pricing, the goals, the stuck parts. The rest of the room does what generous, experienced coaches naturally do: we see in others what they can't always see in themselves. 

Think of it like having your own personal advisory board.

We act like the mirror, provide feedback, encouragement, ideas and connections. 

That's it. No stage. No performing. Just a curated room full of professionals who sincerely want to help each other grow — and who are intentional about getting to know each other well enough that opportunities start to happen on their own.

Why I Created This

Over the last several months, the most remarkable coaches and speakers have continually wandered into my orbit. I'm not entirely sure why — but connecting people has always been my superpower, and I couldn't stop thinking: these are people who need to know each other.

So I started making introductions. One-off calls, a podcast swap here and there. And they were lovely. But I noticed something: a single conversation, no matter how good, fades. You meet someone wonderful, you both mean to stay in touch, and a year later it's a blur.

I kept daydreaming about a different kind of space. Not a course. Not me coaching anyone. A room where the same people come back week after week, connect at a deeper level, and let real relationships form — the kind that quietly lead to collaborations, referrals, affiliates, stages, and friendships you didn't see coming.

So I'm building it. It's called The Coaches Collective, and I'd love for you to be in the room.
